How many out there have been diagnosed with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or any other disorder, and cannot afford treatment? Even with great health insurance, I cannot afford to talk to a therapist or psychiatrist. Anyone else have this problem?

Affording Treatment
If you have great health insurance you should only have a small copay of 20-50 dollars and the older meds are very cheap. I thane Xanax 2 mg 4 times a day that’s 120 polls and it cost me a 1.62 per month, my insurance pays the difference. So in my case my physiatrist cost 50 per month and my meds cost 1.62 for a total out of pocket of 51.62 per month.
Yes, I pay $80 for my counseling visits. I take Adrenal Health and Zenmind, herbal supplements that help me. I try to swim and or exercise weekly. I drink chamomile or lavender teas for calming.
My new approach is accepting the anxiety and not running from the anxiety.
I have been reading books by Wayne Dyer and Claire Weekes.
Finally, I started viewing videos by a guy called WonderBro. He has expressed a lot of what I may be feeling or may have felt. (FYI: a tendency to cuss.)

Hi yes I do. I am in the UK and have been turned down for NHS counselling so I am stuffed as can't afford to go privately. I hope you manage to get some. x
