For the past three years I’ve been on Effexor, an anti-anxiety and anti-depressant but it caused me to gain a lot of weight. So I weaned off of it but I think I was kinda of naïve in thinking things would go back to normal. I have crying spells and I can’t find happiness in things I used to. I recently moved to a new state for grad school and I have a basically nonexistent support system, my best friend is in a new relationship, and my family is 2000 miles away. I don’t open up to people well but I feel so alone and sad all the time. Any advice?
