The last several days have been a struggle. I can’t seem to get my head in the right place. Every day I feel like cutting and od. I live with my family and they don’t believe me when I’m having a bad day. That makes it even harder.

I know how you’re feeling. I used to have a bad cutting problem where I sometimes would cut everyday, but then I got tired of how much it hurt to do it even though I thought I deserved it. I always felt like and still feel like my family doesn’t quite understand how I feel as well and it’s definitely frustrating. That’s why I want to surround myself as best as I can with people who do understand so I don’t feel so alone with it all.
