Anxiety SUCKS!

Been having rough nights not sleeping, and now my mind is telling me that I will never sleep again and that no pill will help me sleep and Im scared;( I know anxiety is talking but what if its true?

I can sympathise because I experience that often. Are you talking anything for sleep or anxiety ?

It is anxiety; it is not true. Anxiety can keep you up at night but sleep is possible if you relax; your anxiety is playing mind games to scare you, the current game is scaring you that you will never sleep again, acknowledge that this is just an anxious thought
