I had anxiety every day (multiple hours a day) in the past few weeks and I‘m so exhausted. Now I‘m dealing with almost constant headaches, nausea and dizziness. Does anyone have any advice for me?

Anxiety sucks
I don’t have any advice, but I wanted you to know you aren’t alone with these feelings. 🙁 sorry I can’t help.
Unfortunately, I don't have any advice either but I'm there with u. 😔
I have had the same problem, but with chest pain and burning for three months straight. It has gotten better with my medication change, meditating, and talking on here with people who get it. Just remember that your anxiety is a false alarm. You really are ok. Don't examine negative thoughts the you have no control over. Just let them speed by like cars on the street.
I too have had chest pain with burning for the past 6 weeks. Could that be acid reflux or muscle spasms. Do you take an antacid?
Could be your heart call your doctor.
Sometimes it helps to try to notice patterns, like when you tend to feel things most, like in the morning, evening, or after a particular activity. Try to give your body the rest it needs and not fight it. Look for things that relax you and bring you peace. This can be different for different people. It could be music, being in nature, meditating, praying, breathing exercises, a nice bath. I have found various music called binaural beats on YouTube. I had to search and find the ones that were most calming to me. They can be helpful and soothing to the mind.
I also use a breathing practice my therapist taught me that can help sometimes when I’m feeling anxious. She had me do it once an hour for a week and I feel like it helped. The exercise is breathing through your nose from the belly area for five seconds (meaning your belly rises when taking a breath and not your chest rising), holding for five seconds, letting the air out for seven seconds through your mouth slowly like your blowing through a straw. Doing this turns off the fight or flight response which usually is caused by stress and anxiety. I do this exercise until I start feeling better. Sometimes it’s quickly and sometimes it takes time. Or if my anxiety is real bad I will do it once an hour.
Hopefully something will help you and you can find some peace soon. A lot of it is our thought process too so try fill your mind with positive things and focus on what you can do and what you’re good at.
You are not alone with your feelings of anxiety; we hear you. Some things to consider that help me (and others) with anxiety: if it's physical and you are in a place where you can do this, you can sit down and place your head between your knees/legs (if that is comfortable; if not, just as low as you can go). That will help with the physical aspects some. Also, the breathing exercises: focusing on counting your deep, slow breaths. Overall, a schedule of things to do will help with doing the important things first in the day so you knock them out and they don't invade your mind. Exercise is very helpful as is nutrition (I am a caffeine & sugar addict (likely among other things, but that's a story for another day)) and limited things that may be triggering anxiety or mood swings (caffeine, sugar, dairy) will be helpful as well. I often recommend this book: The Mindfulness and Acceptance Workbook for Anxiety as it helped me (I do believe I went through some of the exercises multiple times so for the worksheets I recommend copying them.. I actually eventually sent the book to someone else as I Hadn't written much in it). I wish you some peace today.
Thank you so much I never thought of getting so much support. It means alot <3
