If you are having anxiety attacks trying to find what triggers them is a good first step. If it is not something that you can avoid doing, try to breathe through the anxiety or get someone to help you expose yourself to the trigger in steps.

As far as the depression goes (this will help the anxiety too) talking about things helps tremendously. Do you have someone you can talk to?

Also if you feel like you need to taking some medicine is an option. It isn't something that you will need to take for the rest of your life, but it could be a little something to help get you through this rough patch. Any primary care physician can prescribe them if they feel it is necessary.

From what I have seen this is a great community!

If you can find something that relaxes you that would be the best place to start. It is different with every one. One of my friends likes to use her senses to ground herself (name one thing she can see touch smell taste and hear), another likes to draw or doodle during them, I like to have someone talk to me, another likes to be held... That is for in the moment attacks.

If you can feel one coming on, you can meditate in a relaxing environment and deep breathe. My favorite is to sit outside in a rocking chair and listen to the birds.

Personally, finding ways to relax myself helped more than meds, but the meds were what allowed me to have the strength to go about finding them.

I'm glad you are being proactive about your situation! Let me know if I can help

I think I'm gonna start with some counseling maybe ask my doctor for some information I don't have enough money to pay for a therapist so I'm hoping there's a way I can get some professional help that isn't to expensive
