I've been having a really rough day...I'm a mother of 3. Stay at home mom. I am married although my husband isn't very supportive. We have been struggling financially so my husband left town to get work it was the only way so we can have our rent and bills paid. I just feel so alone. My kids are still little my oldest is 8 my middle child is 6 and the baby is 1.

I'm gonna end this here. It has taken me at least 30 mins to write this. 😔

Hi there, I just joined and I'm kind of in the same boat you're in. I'm a mother of 2 (12 and 10) but divorced and have raised my kids on my own their whole lives. I've been struggling lately because I don't have really have any friends that I can relate to anymore. I've felt very isolated and pretty much hate life right now. I've struggled with depression and anxiety pretty much my whole life and I know it will pass but this time it feels like someone has invaded my life. Lol. I've been pretty dark the past couple of weeks. If you'd like to talk sometime I'd definitely be open to making a new friend who can understand what I'm going through.

Sorry to hear u lonely and Down. I hope that speaking about it helps. I too feel down then up then really Down. My family just started realising when I went on 5 day drink n drug bender. So close to suicide. Found this website helps me vent and try to get my feelings out. Hope u can spend more half hours venting. It helps

Are there any friends or relatives you can invite over occasionally, so you can have an adult to talk to?

I do have friends not close friends though I just moved to the city I live in 7 months ago. Family isn't far but we're just not so close anymore.

I hope tomorrow is better for you. I’m sorry to hear you feel alone and hope you find someone to talk to

I'm so sorry about how you're feeling but it's good that you reached out. That act alone is a big step. It can be overwhelming with smaller children but be encouraged. You're 8yr can do help once you give her basic instructions- try giving them like "Simon says".

Are there any centres nearby where you can take the kids during the day? or maybe even a church that is having vacation Bible study? Do you have any family/friends who can help you? You might have to reach out to them a bit even if its a simple phone call just to have an adult conversation-I know about that :)

Also try to find an activity the children can do indoors-colouring, puzzles, card games, hopscotch. God Bless
