Do you feel down?

Do you feel lost?

Do you feel hopeless?

Do you feel all alone?

Do you feel like no one cares?

Well then........

I DARE YA TO:

Challenge your perceptions

I DOG DARE YA TO:

Challenge those negative thoughts and emotions

(Here I should be saying I double dare ya...But guess what.....)

I DOUBLE DOG DARE YA TO:

Challenge those thoughts of guilt, loneliness and uselessness

Challenge anyone who makes you feel down or bad about yourself

Most importantly, I challenge you to:

Fight for what you believe in

Believe in yourself

Have faith in yourself

Talk if you're feeling down

ARE YOU UP TO THE CHALLENGE?? I DOUBLE DOG DARE YA!

(Seriously, A Christmas Story is a freakin' good movie lol)
