I’ve been Disabled 30 yrs,with Panic Disorder.Frightening,at first..a few years to figure out meds,and how to deal with it daily. I found out how I’m in CONTROL,NOT my PD! Look inside ,love yourself,find your strength,allow positive things to grow,delight in them.It’s up to you,negatively is a waste of time! No one promised a rose garden,BUT,take time to smell the ROSES🌹‼️Smile,you ARE loved,try it,baby steps, and each day DOES get better! ENJOY,moment by moment ❣️
