I’m so grateful that I made it through the day today. Didn’t officially get out of bed til about 4:30 but then I took a shower and dressed. Brushed my teeth. Went to Target. Ate 2 meals today. Made a pitcher of tea. Even though I started the day feeling depressed and very anxious I now feel calm. And calm feels great! I have to remember that the terrible stuff does let up. Even if just for a while. And when it does I need to fully appreciate it.

I see someone who did everything that a day needs to do. Proud of you. I have found for some odd reason going to target is very calming to me. Can’t figure that one out.
