Just woke up, it's a beautiful day outside, and in spite of the insult added to injury by daylight savings time -sneaking in an additional hour by turning clocks back - I'm going to get myself out of the house to enjoy this almost 80° sunny day!Even when doing the right thing doesn't make me feel better, it still keeps me from feeling worse. See if that's true for you, and lt it be your motivation next time you don't want to do anything except curl up in a ball. ☺️
