Hey everyone! Whatever you are struggling with today, try to remain positive. Go for a walk, watch a movie, drink a smoothie, call a friend! Today is a new day, it is not yesterday, and tomorrow has yet to come. Stop focusing on the past and future and focus in this moment. Put a smile on your face even if you have to fake it. Today may be great - and if not, there is always tomorrow and the next day...there are many more days ahead where you may find your relief. Do not give up and stay strong! This too shall pass! You can do this!

My grandmother used to say that all the time, "this too shall pass." I've tried to make it through some of my worst days with those words. Any suggestions for movies?

Depends on what kind you like! But "Three Billboards outside ebbing Missouri" is good, I just watched it. Also, "A Quiet place" is a good horror movie, but not sure if thats the best thing for anxiety haha.
Smoothies are great! Call it something different if you like haha, like a fruit drink. I like them cause its an easy way to get a full serving of fruits and veggies.
