Depression and anger
Hi there , yes this is normal during stressed times. I've been in your shoes. Are you on any medicine or going to a therapist or counselor ? Try and keep yourself distracted and occupied it really helps
Yes this is very common to me personally especially when something scares me. Try to take a moment and breath before responding to what is happening around you tell yourself time out.
Understanding anger is not always straight forward. We have several emotions that mutate to anger. We do this because anger is a cheap and easy emotion, we all seem to be pretty good at getting angry. The problem is that we are not feeling the other emotions and anger locks us in. It's hard to get away from anger and if we do we step into something uncomfortable like guilt. Slowing down our emotional response is a really good first step. Then take time to consider all aspects of the situation and determine if it is a battle you want to pick.
Someone says that I'm a jerk...OK, that is possible...I'm not, but their opinion doesn't interest me...What is their data?...Was I a jerk?...Do I care?...
It does happen especially when you’re under duress and when you feel dreadfully sad. Other people annoy you and you build up anger because you are struggling to survive. Hang in there, breathe. An anger management therapy group can be helpful to see that others go through the same thing as you do. And that you are not alone. Because you are not.
