Anxiety please help me.

Is there any medication I can take for anxiety over the counter? To do a long story but my boyfriend lied and cheated on me than his girlfriend sent me a message saying that I'm a bitch & a scumbag. I've reported both of them on Facebook and blocked them. Plus my mom doesn't even know. Don't want her to know. She will kill me. Been having really bad anxiety plus she gives me anxiety about other things as well. I went to a trusted friend and my sister for help. Also I'm in a support group & at program too for adults. Somedays r very hard cuz my mom is at me telling me what to do like chores and workout I'm trying my best. Seems like no one knows how I'm feeling especially during anxiety attacks. Trying to find ways to keep my anxiety down like my heart rate. Been having headaches, really bad chest spasms as well. Times have a hard time breathing and feel paralyzed. Need help please.
