We can't often afford therapy, but were able to send my daughter to a therapist this week for her anxiety. The therapist encouraged her to try some positive thoughts rather then worry. To practice telling herself these things, even if she doesn't totally believe it. As someone who battles negativity a lot, (depression and anxiety), I'm going to try these thoughts out instead of the negative worry reel I usually focus on. Hopefully it will help some one else here.

erin-c I agree 100% in what you believe in, is what you get. Positivity will get you to your goal, where as negativity will keep you spiraling in a stuck position.
