Burning pain with anxiety
I have been experiencing really bad anxiety symptoms like dizziness, fatigue, chest tightness and headaches.
How often you get dizziness and headaches? I’ve been experiencing them for the past weeks. It gets to the point of me thinking I have brain cancer. I told myself that I will set an appointment with my doctor, but I just had a baby 5 months ago and they did all sore of blood test to make me believe that’s it is my anxiety messing with me. I had it real bad when I drunk a 32 oz of Cola. Please enlightening me of these symptoms. Thank you in advance
I’ve been feeling light-headed, and dizzy all day, esp after I eat a meal. I also feel extremely tired and I want to sleep most of the time. It sucks because I feel like I can barely do anything active.
There are certain foods that may increase your anxiety and soft drinks is one of them. So maybe try avoiding soda since it has so much processed sugar.
Wow.. Why does process sugar increase your anxiety?
OMG. I knew I wasn't imagining it! Years ago I went to a Endocrinologist for symptoms that I believed were related to low blood sugar. It seemed like every time I would eat any sugary foods I would have shakiness, sweating, upset stomach and anxiety. I also told the Dr. that I had a glucose tolerance test that showed I had reactive hypoglycemia. I asked him if sugar causes anxiety. He flat out said NO and when I explained more he said, with a bitchy attitude, sugar does not cause anxiety symptoms. I would know because I am the Professional. AHH! I didn't really speak the rest of the exam and couldn't wait to leave that place.
I still have these symptoms on occasion. Sometimes I don't know what the hell is going on, anxiety or what. needless to say, bringing symptoms up iss not easy for me because of the reactions Dr.s sometimes give you.
If you google it, it explains how certain food may increase your anxiety. Do you have any other symptoms?
If I get startled, it literally feels like all my nerves get shocked, it hurts. I have troubles regulating my body temp, using the bathroom (too much/too little), I clench/grind my teeth which causes pain too. I know for me there are a myriad of physical symptoms that go along w my anxiety/depression. I never know which to anticipate but the 1st time I experienced them, I thought I was having a stroke or something. I had numbness & tingling that started in my arm, then to the other arm, & finally my legs. My heart was taking up my entire body, or so it seemed, cuz I could feel/hear it pounding throughout. I was terrified by the initial onset of physical manifestations.
Best wishes

I recently moved so I need to find a dr first. It's terrible carrying this weight everyday. I am glad you've started treatment. I hope the meds provide some relief soon. In the meantime, know you are not alone. I am here for you, we all are. Feel free to message me anytime, I will do my best to reply asap.
