Looking for someone to talk to who can relate/understand. Anxiety very high, frequent panic attacks over last few days. HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Welcome, sound like you came to the right place, admin should be in contact soon for all the basics.

So, what's your stressor, what's your calm down? I sometimes just ride it out, but if you can see a tree or bird or even ants, I like ants they're the great distractor till you can be rational about something :)

Basically it works by you putting up a post (like you have) and people replying (as PoetryAtTheAbyss and myself have.

You probably won't get instant reply's (depending on the time of day in different countries as we have people from America, UK and other countries throughout the world on here).

It always helps if you can give more detailed information. Sometimes people assume that we know something about them but of course we are strangers at first when we post and I think people find it easier to reply when it is a longer post with some more detailed description of what your issues are .

You can edit your posts if you're not happy with them. You can also tick who you want to see your posts; community only or everybody.

Hope this helps,

Sorry your going through high anxiety, it's hard, but your sharing and that's how ya do it, just share what your going through and how you feel, these are very kind and caring people in the same boat all of us are in. We all bring something to the table, but mostly compassion is the main thing that universally helps I feel.

Hi there, I have very high anxiety and frequent panic attacks as well. My panic attacks cane back last month after 15 years of having it under control. No rhyme or reason. I would be happy to talk. It is such a scary feeling, but it always helps to have someone who understands.

Not what you're looking for?
