Have you discussed this with your doctors and ruled out other problems? If so now your focus needs to be on relaxation and helping your anxiety. Hot baths, showers or heating pads can be helpful for muscle pains. Ibuprofen can also help to relieve muscles pains if you are able to take it. Even if caused by anxiety the symptoms are very real and can be very uncomfortable. Treating the symptoms while working on your anxiety is the best advice I can give. Therapy is very helpful in helping to manage anxiety problems.

I had that for months and thought something was seriously wrong and doctors just couldn't figure it out. But was definitely anxiety. Once I accepted it and my Prozac kicked in it did get better. I also mediated and took hot baths. It was so bad that I was getting Charlie horses in my neck and legs all the time.
