The Pain

Stress headache, horrible, it feels like something has dug a hole into my head and took up residence. It is something the way the body reacts to your thoughts. I know everything is going to be ok but I am stressed about it. I do not like uncertainties. My therapist says it is how you react to the situations because it is normal to be upset about things that would upset anyone. But it is the way my body reacts. These headaches are horrific.

I'm so sorry to hear you're in pain- I have definetly felt some of this you describe as well!! I also posted on another comment about a book I read called headache free by Suzy Cohen Rhp it helped me & my family out with migraine headaches maybe check it out seems to be a common issue!! Also I know sometimes it helps to get massages and also I try reflexology where certain pressure points on hands and feet can relieve some of the stress and pain. Also make sure to care well for my ourselves is important- eating healthy foods& enough &at the right times, sleeping enough when we need but don't put any extra pressure on yourself! Someone once told me or I read it can't remember? but said to give yourself the love you need when or if others aren't giving it to you! I guess we need to be our own best cheerleaders and fight the best we can for our lives, health and happiness!!☺️🌻🌸

Thank you. I have insomnia tonight after having a headache for most of the day. I think if I had a better diet and was consistent with my exercise, the headaches would not be so intense.

I'm sorry I've experience a lot of insomnia as well it's rough!! sometimes I try a tea with lavender or passionflower don't like chamomile but I know it helps some tazo from Starbucks makes a good peach tranquility tea I like anyway that helps and staying away from caffeine and also reading a peaceful book or boring book like even a children's book maybe it sounds funny but if it's sweet and simple it kinda distracts your mind and helps you feel comfort and fall asleep while reading!

A lot on my mind, and my boyfriend usually stays with me and he is not here tonight. I usually slept like a baby but occasionally I get insomnia.

When I have a lot on my mind the headaches and restlessness get bad too. I hope you are feeling better today. If not maybe try a nap. Blessings to you.

Better today Danielle. Hate hate hate those headaches. No headache today, so glad but today has been a relaxing day. Listened to some sermons this morning, checked out a few gospel songs and sent out a few resumes.
