So with my anxiety and depression I tend to just be a pushover. I’m horrible at speaking up when it comes to myself. If I see bad things happening to other people I’ll be one of the first to speak up with complete confidence. But not for myself. The thought of doing so only makes the panic feelings worse.
Does anyone else have or had this problem?

Oh yes. It's quite common even for those who aren't suffering from anxiety or depression. Like you I can defend others but am not good at defending myself. x
