It's the Silence that gets to me. I come home and there's never been anyone but me and my pets in the house. The Silence makes me want to ball up in a corner and cry. I put on headphones, watch movies, learn, whatever. But the Silence is always there.

Silence
you are not alone we hear you and think of you , the activities you have been doing are great keep up doing , you are giving silence wrong meaning which means” being alone” I guess. Change that meaning silence means peace , if possible go help people like go to retirement home and read to them, or help at food bank etc.
I had a Lutino Cockatiel that used to talk to me as I went around the house. She would follow me and snuggle.... she loved scrambled eggs, and spray bottle showers, and was a very good girl about going poo in the cage... She used to look in the mirror and tell herself she was a pretty girl....hilarious... but living alone became more fun with her. I don't know if you like birds, some are too noisy, but mine was soothing and good company.
hey I know how you are feeling I absolutely do not like being alone and I have been alone and feeling alone for 4 years or longer it’s not easy and it does suck I am here for you if you need a friend or just someone to talk to do you have any activities or hobbies that you might like to get out to go and do or and friends or family that you can go be with being around people and having fun always helps me
Now, I love the silence of being alone in my home. It's my refuge from the outside world. If I want sound, I can add it.
Cheers, Midori
