dear dont do that , try taking shower with cold or hot water u might feel distracted

or just simple hold ice in hands till u feel pain by doing so u will distract urself

Your not alone. I feel this way too and don't know who to turn to. Stay strong and try going out and shopping or some other activity if you can. ❤❤❤❤❤
