Is this site private, meaning my post won’t show up on my Facebook or anywhere else will it?

Hi and Welcome to the forum. You can be assured that this site is private and safe and will not show up anywhere but the site you on in. When you post make sure you check off for this community only. xx

Hi it won't show up on fb etc. but it could appear anywhere else in full (and the replies) on the web. The way to stop this is when you post and just before you click submit make sure you amend it from 'everyone' to 'community only'. This will ensure only the first couple of lines can appear on the web. The default is set to everyone.

To amend it now go into 'more' at the bottom of your post. Click on edit and change it. When it is locked a faint padlock appears next to the top of your post. x
