Hi! How are you feeling, we all feel like this sometimes and it is normal, I’m not advising you to stop smoking weed however some times it can hinder your mental health and make the problem worse off. Have you looked into other coping techniques such as medication or any other way to cope with your anxiety and/or depression. Do what you feel is best for you but seek medical attention if you need to. Just know that it will get better and you won’t feel like this forever despite how low you are feeling at the moment.

Hi.. thanks for responding first off. But I am currently on medication for depression and anxiety and I just always obsess over it it's working or not cause I still feel worthless and want to end the pain, everything.. but something always stops me. I'm so low I just don't care about anything right now but it feels like my insides are tearing apart I'm in so much pain that I'm numb ..
Maybe you should make a appointment with your local health clinic/doctor to discus this. You could maybe need to up your medicines you are taking to a different dosage as the one you’re taking may not be working, how long have you been taking it may I ask? Because for some people it can take way over six weeks to start working despite it saying you should see a difference within two weeks. Have you considered trying any type of counselling to get to the bottom of your problem at all to find out the cause? Sorry if it’s overwhelming. Just know you’re not alone and that people are going through the same thing and I promise you it gets better you just need to stick with it.
I have an appointment this Friday to see if they can give me a higher dosage or if my medicine has to be changed cause I've been on this medicine for 2 months now.. and I do go to a counselor but just started so it hasn't really effected me yet she just keeps talking about being positive but it's not always that easy
I just want to tell you that life is worth living. I saw your help and I just had to reply. For the days you feel like life isn't exciting, I want you to go to your mirror and say "I'm the best person I can be and I will try to change someone's life in a great way today." And repeat it if you have to. Then you face the day head on and tackle all the adversities that try to hit you. Nothing can get you down until you let it and Your a Strong, Beautiful, Independent woman that seems to appear to handle anything she puts her mind to.
Hi in the short term weed seems to help but in the long term it can cause major health problems and depression. Many people use substances such as this or alcohol as a crutch but it will make things worse in the long run. I would try and get some proper treatment and gradually ease off the drug. I think counselling might be able to help you. x
