I can’t relate, anxiety and depression are so hard. It’s hidden so many can’t see what is actually happening. However deep breathes help with panic attacks. Are you taking medication

Hi, do you have thyroid issues? I only ask because I'm getting my results of a biopsy of a large goiter on my thyroid. This appt and my thyroid and work deadlines have me very anxious and depressed this week.

Sadchesire yes I do, Graves’ disease/hyperthyroidism my levels have come down but TSH hasn’t increased. I take carbizomol 40mg but only for a month. I don’t know if the thyroid is making the anxiety worse and stopping my sleep or I’m more anxious because I have little money and no job

I'm sorry for your pain, I feel you in the anxiety arena. I hate this. I feel like I can't return to work because of fatigue and my anxiety attacks. I don't know if my thyroid is making my anxiety worse either. I was fine until this past week and now I'm so depressed and anxious.

I wish they would just remove my thyroid if it would take away my depression and anxiety.
