Hang in there. If there's one thing i could say is that i would recommend a magnesium spray and or a Epsom salt bath towards night time it as it helps with anxiety, stress, and sleep. So it could be that you are deficient and it is very crucial for your body to function.

Misslaguna, Speaking from years of horrific migraines interrupted only by horrible contraction headaches, I was never without head pain. If I learned anything during that time it was that pain medication is not the answer. Eventually the headaches come back 10fold due to being rebound headaches. Antidepressant can play a beneficial part of reducing the number or length of your migraines. Meditation, Imagery, Deep Breathing, Hypnotherapy, Physical Therapy, Massage etc etc can all help w/o medication. (oh and even Acupunture which worked great for me)

I made sure that I monitored any foods that may have been triggers for migraine. I noticed weather and hormones play a big part of head pain. Referred pain coming from the neck due to stress and/or disc issues can be exascerbating the pain to continue.

Once a headache is chronic it becomes not only wearing but plays on our anxiety as well. And we've completed a circle of fear that needs to be stopped. I wish you well. I can feel for you. xx

I take fiorcet for my migraines also have anxiety, bipolar depression so I know how you feel, since I been on my meds and this is the second one since the first one was working but it was doing such a great job for me but the one I’m on now it doing great for me. Not on antidepressants because my doc doesn’t want my manias to be brought up due to the antidepressants because than the depression is bad and as of now I’m doing ok better than I was months ago.
