Hey Guys! I am new to this group! I have been suffering with a panic disorder and severe anxiety for about a year now. I thought I was getting better until recently when my medication seemed to backfire. It is so hard to control when no one understands how I feel. I constantly feel like I'm having a heart attack or am going to die. I'm pretty positive I'm not but it is sooooo scary. Also, I have been struggling to take the bus. I can take the train and be in a car but I can't take the bus? It is so strange! Honestly, my anxiety has been so high and I just don't know what to do. I really want it to go away but I feel as though the more I want it to go away...the more it comes back.
Anyone got any advice?

It's possible that your medication is no longer working / "pooped out" or your anxiety level has gone up and you require a different level of meds. Definitely see your doctor for a medication review.
You might want to discuss your bus avoidance in a few sessions with a psychologist. The psychologist can teach you some acceptance of feelings techniques or you might like to use Dr Google to find some online.
