My name is Sasha and I’m 31 from Cambridge ma. I have had anxiety for almost 4 years now. It’s a work in progress. I’m seeing a new therapist Monday and I have support from various people. Some days are easier than others. My family live in Ca so I’m in mass all by myself. Moved when I was 18 I’m open to talk to anyone.

Hi I'm 31 too and suffer from severe anxiety sometimes. Right now I'm feeling at a low point in my life. Everything went wrong for me and my husband. He's been drinking and I've been worried about it. He even missed work today because of that. I'm afraid he will mess up his job. I thought things were getting better but it seems like it's getting worse. I feel so alone and wmp
I have anxiety too and probably major depression but I’m waiting for my final diagnosis. Doc gave me vistaril but it doesn’t really help I’d rather try Zoloft or Clonopin. Are u taking any meds?
Ohhh that’s Lexapro, how has that been working for u? I want to get on medication for anxiety and insomnia but I am worried about side effects. Besides anxiety, I have no other medical conditions.
It took courage to move all the way across the country alone at only 18. So you must be a strong and brave person. You’ve taken a good first step by getting a therapist.
