Weird Abdominal Pain

I've been having this weird abdominal pain in the upper left side of my stomach, just wondering if anyone else deals with this weird symptom or if it's just me. I know anxiety can cause symptoms that are similar to others but I just don't want to stay in my head about it.

It can trigger so many things for me it causes a burning sensation around pelvis area...and other weird symptoms

My anxiety causes me to have abdominal pain also. On bad days it can go on for hours.

when i was a teen, abd pain/discomfort was my number one symptom of anxiety. I couldn't eat much, ended up losing over 20 lbs. i don't have a solution for it just sharing my story. I don't get them much anymore. Now I just get chest pain, which can be just as annoying.
