I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO ANYMORE IM FRUSTRATED BEYOND BELIEF.

Went to the store today and started getting all this pressure in the left side of my chest also felt kind of short of breath and lightheaded made it through the store out to my vehicle and home feeling like this it stated easing when I got home and laid down on my back thought I was gonna be a goner. I’m trying to figure out if it has to do with indigestion heartburn like can that really cause pressure in your chest hell klonopin ain’t help any of this. I also went to the ER a week ago because my heart was feeling funky and the week prior my heart felt like it would quiver and I’d get short of breath for those couple seconds. I’m always tired I get random lightheaded spells I’ve been keeping my pulse ox on me to monitor things and my oxygen been mostly good my heart rate though be going up to 140-150 while not resting sometimes while resting it goes to like 110. The ER I was tacky at like 120 and everything came back fine they gave me iv fluids and it settled me down was hooked to the heart monitor for like 3 hours and they didn’t catch anything. Still waiting for a cardiologist appointment called my doctors about their referral and they’re like yeah the referral is there they’ll call you sometime I’m like so I gotta keep being freaked out and shit nice I don’t want to keep running to the ER especially being 22 they take you somewhat serious but if someone comes in 25 or older with chest and heart issues they take them first. Or they’re like nope not a heart attack. Sometimes even when I bend over I feel this weird like bubbling or thumpy in chest. Was sitting here with my arms behind my back chest pushed out and got lightheaded was trying to stretch my back. Ugh

I should add the pain is like in my ribs and behind the ribs it’s weird also get this pressure at the like bottom of my sternum and even in my right chest and under my arms

I’m starting to be suspicious that the klonopin is actually making some irrgular heart beats and such trying to figure out why it works sometimes and other times it makes me feel like absolute shit after taking it

Chest discomfort/tightness/pressure/pain are all anxiety-induced muscular tension/spasm in the chest wall. When you experience these weird chest feelings, go for a long walk, even jogging, in half hour, all these feelings will go away, then you will know they are not cardiac. This is my personal experience.

Hi Adam, I find it interesting that in the ER, they gave you IV fluids and you started to

feel better as well as void of tachy beats in the next 3 hours. You do know that

dehydration can affect the heart rhythm as well as give you that lightheaded feeling.

Our body needs water in order for the circulatory system to function properly.

Being well hydrated can prevent skipped beats and fuzzyheaded feeling. :) xx

I don’t understand the whole dehydration well I do understand dehydration can cause weird things with the circulation system but the best way I was always told to tell how hydrated you are is by your urine and mine is always light yellow or clear except in the mornings so like idk I’m so confused about it

Our bodies depend on hydration. We have to look at other ways in that we may be

losing fluids. From our activities to the weather to not feeling good to vomiting etc.

Some of the symptoms which you have had, have shown dehydration. So it's not only

about the color of the urine although that is an important one.

Dehydration can cause Fatigue/Sleepiness, Headaches/Brain Fog, Muscle Cramps,

Decrease in Blood Pressure as well as an Increase in Heart Rate. Dry Lips, Dry Eyes

and on and on. A quick blood test that they do in the ER can show if your Electrolytes

are low and then an IV is given to perk you back up.

I'm not a doctor Adam but I go through this with my daughter's health issues. I've

seen it many times over when she gets dehydrated and what it can do. :) xx
