Sounds like anxiety/panic attack. I know what those feel like. Drink water and take deep breaths. Try a meditation from youtube or something. Also make a Dr. Appointment and talk to your Dr. About it. Could be deficient in some vitamins or something. Seek counseling, it helps me greatly. Best of wishes. I'm 44 and been suffering from panic attacks since I was 18.

When I feel very bad, I can find support from my borough's mental health help line, which is available 24 hours a day. I have phoned it on Christmas Day. I hope you can contact someone

That sounds very familiar I have had that too and much worse. You need to examine where your anxiety is rooted and work on getting better.

What is stressing you out? What have you tried so far to try and relax?

I sense things before it happens too. The few times I speak up it usually doesn't matter anyway. Time and space are fluid and the veil or threshold can be open. Your in tune. Its ok. It's alright.

Being deficient in Potassium Magnesium and other trace minerals can cause headaches and affect your mood as well . Do you take any vitamins?

Did you eat or take your medicine? There are different kinds of headaches. Can you pinpoint what may be causing yours?

Anxiety can cause headaches. Please call someone if you need . Otherwise support is a text away.
