I have a pretty bad coffee addiction. If I had the money I wouldn't be as concerned but I shouldn't be buying these. I love iced coffee and have tried to make it at him and while it is pretty good it's not the same. This may sound silly but I think it's the whole process of going to the coffee shop, ordering, seeing the people. It's a comfort thing. If I don't do it I feel like I'm missing something. I've tried to go a few days without my afternoon coffee (still had my morning) and I was totally ticked off. It's something I look forward to. Not to mention I know that caffeine is not good for anxiety. Every day I say not tomorrow but than I do it anyway. Classic addiction. Any advice?

Anyone else addicted to coffee?
You are not alone, several people have a coffee addiction and also don’t enjoy making it at home! And it’s not bad for anxiety, anxiety is all in your head. Have u seen a specialist for anxiety? I have anxiety and I drink coffee too but I don’t see how they are related. Coffee is supposed to give u an adrenaline rush, not anxiety. I stopped drinking coffee for 3 months and I still had depression and anxiety so i don’t think it causes anxiety.
Thanks. I do see specialists and on medications. I guess the main thing is just not being able to afford the coffee.
Could you try drinking black coffee?? Coffee has many antioxidants in it but when you have sugar/cream/milk/flavoring in it it reduces the the healthy factor of it
Caffeine + anxiety typically is a recipe for escalated anxiety. This has been scientifically discussed, proven, I am not 100%. Need to research to be able to site sources.
For me personally and those in my “circle” of fam and friends....it is 1,000% accurate that coffee has a direct effect on anxiety. Keep in mind, if all things are going well in your life, the anxiousness can be associated to being excited🤗, but it can turn into the negative aspects of anxiety very quickly. I know this ALL TOO WELL! Love my coffee👍🏻☕️
I love coffee and have it several times a day. It helps me concentrate and mitigates some of the attention problems I have. It also serves to cut my appetite for a few hours until lunchtime. It's my understanding that my experiences are what they call "paradoxical", or the opposite of what is the usual.
