I think we don't have enough positive posts. I am feeling pretty okay about myself today. I feel motivated to do work and be productive today. We should post about good days as much as bad days.

That's a good idea! I just completed an application for a job opening of interest to me. I am feeling good about accomplishing this lengthy task.

I still have stress , depression etc., but sun is out and took advantage of that.
