I haven't been eating.... up all night with the shakes so stressed... my boyfriend broke up with me so I went and got my shit ended up staying to try and convince him but he still doesn't want a relationship... how do I deal with this. I feel lost and like I'm going insane.

We're here if you need to talk about it. I've been where I can't eat or sleep. It went on for awhile, but I'm past that now. I know it's hard to hear right now, but it will get better with time.
