Thank you, It is just that I feel like I have standards for myself and I realy feel very horible if I can not keep up to them. It is basics that other people do every day, why do I lack the the will, I feel so hopeless.
Don’t put your self down like that trust me i have several issues that I am going through I will talk them through private message only cause for some reason it helps me feel better
It is this intense fear of making a mistake for me, My kids are still young what if they got hurt all the possibilities? We only have one vehicle if something had to happen to it I don't know
I want to get over it I need to in order to further my career.
That put a smile on my face. Knowing that I am not alone, always smiling keeping positive and uplifting people around me even at my worse. I had it bad this morning waking up just feeling like this city is not for me anymore. Now as the day progress I am feeling better.
Do you exercise? I have found that exercise eases my anxiety and pushes the cobwebs of depression away. I also found talking to a counselor is a great way to unwind my sometimes messed up emotions that lead me to just feel complacent. Hope if you are not exercising that you will take time to start, you don't have to be fit to go to a gym or even for a walk around your neighborhood. I've learned that exercise is so much more than a weight loss number - it's actually good for motivation in every area of my life!
