I've felt anxious for as long as I can remember, and I get anxiety attacks, some worse than others. My doctor prescribed me zoloft, which I guess helped a bit in the beginning, but now does absolutely nothing for me.
I am vegan, but that has not helped my eating either. I work nights, so my sleep is a mess. I have severe back pain that doctors have almost completely given up on treating so I cannot exercise. My job is extremely stressful. I feel like everything is working against me and nothing I can do will fix it. I'm worried that I'm going to live my whole life like this and end up even more overweight and depressed.
I don't know what else to do.

I would go to a support group and try to seek help in how to better cope with you situation and see if things can change for the better of your health. You have a mind, body, and heart(spirit) to take care. I haven't taken medication for my anxiety but I know how I take care of myself will affect my mind and body (I'm also a vegan too! )Sending prayers your way that there will be an open door to you having a life and perspective that is working for you. There are things inside and outside of our control, but we can still choose good for ourselves. Take care!
Hi. Maybe some very light exercise may help? Have u ever tried looking something like that up on YouTube? I'm trying yoga right now. Also. Make sure you are keeping hydrated. That helps keep inflammation down. I really don't want you losing hope.
