I am struggling with bouts of major depression and go a lesser extent anxiety. Alcohol was how I dealt with these painful emotions. I wake up feeling like it's another day in hell. It lingers and sometimes it's debilitating and other times it's manageable. I hope everyone is finding the support they need. I have recently moved and that is stressful in itself.

I have felt the same i tried alcohol to relieve my depression and anxiety but it made it worse!im taking mirtazapine 15mg a antidepressant for 3weeks now!i would see your doctor for further help i know its a hard choice to take antidepressants but its a start!these drugs take about 4/6weeks to work but you feel theres a light at the end of the tunnel!best of luck
