Hopefully

I'm going to the doctor today, I've been real hesitant to go on medication, however I can't live this way anymore . I've tried all natural remedies and thought I could do this on my own. I tried Prozac before and it made me feel worse. I'm so nervous but hopefull.

I am all about the natural way too but I have started medication and it is helping. Remember it will only be temporary!

I am kind of in the same position. I've been seeing a therapist, taking vitamins, meditating and everything else that has been suggested, but I still can't seem to get through this. Really thinking it is time for meds. I just started on this journey and have only been having this unrelenting anxiety for a short time. I am getting to the point that if there is something that can make me feel better, I'm willing to give it a try. Let me know how it goes for you. I'm really scared about all the negative stuff you read about starting them and then not working.

I agree, I felt the same way and tried all the natural things first but I just couldn't take it anymore. I got on meds but the thing is I tried about three different ones until I found one that works for me. Everyone is different so give yourself and body time to adjust and remember you can always get off of them slowly when you are better, that is what I did. Good luck

My doctor suggested I order a multivitamin called O.N.E and metabolic maintenance for anxiety control. She says recent patients have responded well to them! My order comes in 5-8 days!

I don't know to much more... she said she's recommended the metabolic maintenance for anxiety control to other patients who have had severe panic attacks/ suicidal thoughts, and it's worked for them. It's a supplement with calming herbs. The reviews are great. The other is a multivitamin.
