The best advice I can give you is to stop fighting the thoughts and feelings because this is the reason why people stay stuck in the anxiety cycle. Learn to let go and live alongside the symptoms and they will eventually disappear.

I have looked online for support too. We are here for each other, sometimes I feel like no one understands. Keep your head up don’t give up!

Thank you to all of you who have responded so far. It means a lot that someone is listening. I want to add that my two children are grown and mostly away, and my husband of nearly 30 years has basically given up on me. I've pushed all of my friends and family away by having this mental illness and isolating myself. I feel so very alone.
