Anxiety & Nerve Pain?

Hi

Well after various visits to plenty of dr's ..& probably running myself into debt after going from lab to lab...alongside my UTI , I have deficiency in B1 I believe. It's not an extremely low deficiency but low enough where I need supplements. I was wondering ..being low in B-Complex vitamins ..does that cause nerve pain? I've been aching all over mostly & not sure why . My anxiety has been so rough through it all. I've been googling like crazy & it's had me so emotional. I've been having shooting pains in my legs , back , arms.. smh. Also tingling in the face a bit. Had headaches in the back of my head too & it comes up to top of my scalp sometimes. Is this nerve pain? Idk I'm super emotional too. I'm late on my period . But I still feel like I'm going through pms all these mood swings & cramps , could be UTI ..idk. I'm soooo tense & stressed. If anyone has any kind words or tips to deal with nerve pain other than taking vitamins ( I am guys) the aches still come occasionally , anyways I'd appreciate that.
