Recently ive been going through a hard time, i got scared i would die cause of a little pain, i went to the hospital my heart and blood are peefectly fine, but whenever i think of that situation or anything connected to that i always get a feel of burning or aching in the left side od my chest, most recently stomach, any kind of advice or help? How do i not think of that, because whenever my mind is off that i dont feel ANY kind of pain.

That actually makes sense. Our mind and bodies are so linked and in ways that will blow your mind. What we feel and face can and does effect us on a physical level. I started this book called The Body Keeps the Score and it has really opened my eyes even more to how we are truly a mind body and spirit. I know that is not what many believe but thats okay too. We can always find common ground if we want to that is. What you are facing is real just not in the way you may be thinking. I am sorry for the pain you are facing. My heart and thoughts are with you

Oh wow! I have to take it in small pieces. i am not normally like that. I love to read but this book just blows my mind or sends me into a panic attack. Its just so much to take in. I have the Kindle and Audible version so I can just listen when i need too and read when I want to soak up more. I would love to get the workbook.

I have the paperbacks. I highlight. write in the margins and use post it notes. I had a hard time getting thru ch 4. Yes, it is a lot of info which can cause attacks for me also.

The first chapter had me hyperventilating. Partly cause it brought up a flash back. the really creepy kind that takes you right back to the moment and you feel everything! That was hard for me. I put the book down for almost a month lol. I keep reading it in pieces. But the further into it I get the more I think wow I am going to need to read this a few times! I prefer having the book in my hand but I couldn't beat the sale price I got on the kindle with audio version with it. I enjoy muddying up my books too ;)

See a doctor, therapy and medication may help with controlling your anxiety so that it will not be that bad. And pray to God that you overcome this challenge and come out of it being stronger and a better person than before!💛
