How do I cure anxiety

Just to deal with daily life I have to be medicated. When I'm in public I stay by myself instead of joining the the group. I'm scared that I will do or say something but even worse I find others so mean most of the time that it just makes doubt everyone. Where is that happy place I use to belong too? I miss it

I feel the same way! At lunch, I can't eat quick enough to get away and be by myself. I feel like I don't know what to talk about. I also always feel as though i am being judged. I too doubt a lot of people and just don't trust them, so I rather just keep to myself.
