Its difficult to stay upbeat and positive, especially when it seems like there is always something to be anxious and depressed over! Not sure how to keep my cool Its also hard to deal with things when my husband is very negative and gloomy. Darn it.

You're not alone here. That is always a difficult challenge. Hopefully you've been able to find something that has worked in the past. If not may I suggest meditation or yoga.
I also try to read or listen to YouTube videos about anxiety and depression. It's about trying to change the mindset so I approach things differently. The more times I see or hear something, the more it sinks in.
I wish you the best. I hope you find the support and help you need.
Also not sure if you've tried therapy or meds but that's another possible option
