Try to look at the positive, you have a relationship. Sometimes I just use radical acceptance, and be grateful. I do some volunteer stuff (food bank, salvation army...)that makes me feel like I'm helping others,which in turn makes me feel good

Hi I totally agree with you. I also volunteer and have found that by helping others it helps take my mind off me and makes me feel better about myself. Well done. x
