Today I took the first step into taking care of myself. I went to my city's community group therapy. It was wonderful and I hope others check out their community's group therapy. There was all sorts of people and they all have mood disorders like depression, anxiety, bipolar, and schizophrenia. They were very supportive people and for someone that judged the whole group therapy concept I actually enjoyed it!
Guys I'm telling you group therapy was relieving because there are others out there and there are people there looking to help because with helping others you are helping yourself. I couldn't be more motivated to change and I hope you take a chance and visit group therapy it's really a good feeling
