Went to group therapy yesterday i loved it seeing that im not the only person my age who's dealing with ptsd and self harm, our stories were similar, no judgement i cried a lot which waa extremely helpful i felt slightly better letting my emotions out, looking forward to the next one

I'm very happy you had a good experience...I usually did too in group therapy. I highly recommend it.

Definitely will be going back, i felt welcomed plus it was an eye opening experience people do get better not 100% cured but they get better
