Why is this happening to me

I'm depressed and my anxiety is on a level that I can't control. I have no one to talk to no one understands what I'm going through... I need help

Hi, I'm sorry you feel like that I'm actually not doing great myself right now. What I try to do sometimes is try to think that the anxiety is not going to last forever. I understand how you feel and it's not easy to go through that at all and not a lot of people understand, if you're not on depression pills you might want get treatment and if you already are you should add something to it and something for anxiety for when this happens they do help a lot.
