I need help to stop this

So I've been depressed for as long as i can remember I'm trying to get out of it its ruins my relationships as much as I try to be happy or have every reason to be I can't I'm stuck in this sad mood all day nd I start over thinking that causes me to have anxiety I wish I can understand all this and make it go away all I want is a day I can go without just crying

I am so sorry! I'm going through the same thing. I get really upset and I feel abandoned. All you gotta do is keep your head held high! I'm sure you're a great person and find someone who cares about you a lot. Whenever they say they love you or they care about you, don't question it. Just believe it. Try your best not to push people away from you. If someone may say they love you, I know it may be hard to believe, but you just have to try your hardest. I'm very sorry you're going through this. Stay strong and focus on the people and things you love and don't let anything put you down!
