So I’m still dealing with this lingering headache that won’t go away and it’s been a week. I keep going to google and it’s all saying it could be a brain tumor and that’s making my anxiety much worse and stressing me out. It also said that dizziness/vertigo is a sign of a brain tumor and I have been dealing with that. I’m 21 and I don’t know what to do.Someone please try and keep me thinking positive.

I need to stop!
Hi Anthony, going back over your posts, I see that this all started 9 1/2 months ago
with a panic attack. It's not unusual to continue getting physical symptoms after that.
Seeing a doctor who may put you on medication as well as getting talk therapy is a
combined effort approach. But please do not Google...That does nothing but make
your anxiety level rise. Google is a generalized summary of a physical symptom. Unlike
a doctor who takes into consideration your age, health history and symptoms you are
presenting with.
When I first started with anxiety years ago, I had the same symptoms as you. For years,
I suffered from a headache every day. Muscular Contraction headaches daily interrupted
by Migraines several times a month. It was a nightmare of pain. However, I never once
even thought about a tumor. I was told after numerous tests by many specialists, that
it was anxiety. With the help of Dr. Claire Weekes' book "Hope & Help for Your Nerves"
I was able to realize that she was actually talking about me. ( take a look on
YouTube for her videos) Her book is a great stepping stone in getting better by understanding and accepting Anxiety. A much better way than Google.

I really really appreciate that it’s just a feeling and type of headache I haven’t dealt with before so it definitely scares me
I just scrolled back to a month ago where you mentioned anxiety/costochondritis.
I've had that as well. Costo is but a chest wall pain caused by irritation of the nerve
endings between the ribs. Has nothing to do with the heart. With the constant fear
of the dizziness and headaches you are having, it causes trigger points to develop
in the lower back of the head, neck and shoulders. The muscles clamped down causing
contraction headaches. Pain medication needs to be used sparingly for chronic pain
since over doing it will cause rebound headaches.
The dizziness you feel is also connected to the tightness of the muscles. Hydration
is very important with headaches as well as your muscles. I could write a book to
help you but always get your doctor to advise you as to what to do.
I can support you with many methods that may help. My best xx
Yes any tips you have I’d love to try out!
Hi Anthony I'm getting ready to sign off for the night but will be

I wanted to leave you with 2 videos on YouTube..

Goodnight new friend. Talk soon xx
I suffer from headaches. Migraines to be specific. I get them almost every day for a whole month or every other day for a couple weeks then I'm back to normal. I know it's scary, I've been there looking up my symptoms thinking any little twitch or head pain will kill me. Then I stopped looking up my symptoms because the worst diagnosis is the first thing you see when you Google. So I advice you to stop. Check with your doctor to make sure everything is OK and if they say you are then just work on getting better when you do get them as opposed to resorting to Google. Google is our enemy. What I do to get better aside from taking a nap is putting a very warm rag over my eyes and relaxing as much as I can.
Please don't Google medical conditions call your doctor..Google will have you more anxious and you'll think you have everything and anything.
Very true it definitely makes it worse
Ahh, searching the internet about headaches. It always come up with a brain tumor. Keep calm. As I’ve said in your last post, Migraines do the same thing. 💕
Will do I’m doing my best to stay away from google haha
Good (: i promise that will help.
But let’s say you slip (because your a human being with extreme anxiety about what could be going on with you) and get on google again. Right?
Instead of looking at what causes headaches, or the usual thing you search, INSTEAD search for migraine symptoms with dizziness and vertigo!
