Does anyone else hear about something bad that happened to someone else, like an accident or disease or something and get really bad anxiety from it thinking the same exact things is going to happen to his or her self too?

Sometimes but not often with me. I suppose it depends what state I'm in, if I'm already in my anxious state, then I usually feel like this.

That's usually how I am too. I suppose one can be in an anxious state and not realize it as well. Because this happened to me earlier today and I thought I was having a great morning lol

When the person is close to my age it bothers me more than it should. I've been an ER nurse for 20 years so I'm used to seeing death, but lately when the person is within 10 years of my age I let it get to me more than I should.

I started taking Magnesium and used grounding techniques

What kind of magnesium? And what did you notice first that went a away from DR?

Magnesium (with silica) 300mg by Countrylife. And the first thing that went away was the scary ass existential thoughts, quickly followed by the feeling of not being real

Yes. Every time they pop up I start getting panic. I just hate this feelings of thinking I created this world on my imagination and everyone is fake including me. It's so damn weird!! Man I really hope I become normal soon. I'm really trying. You see me cooking and posting. I'm hoping that's a good sign

I get this feeling too. I imagine bad things happening to my daughter and I then get anxious. I do it to myself though, I look at the news often. I don't know why. I really shouldn't watch the news at all since it gives me anxiety.
